Specialist Orthodontist

Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Orthodontist to join our comprehensive dental practice. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating beautiful, healthy smiles by diagnosing and treating orthodontic conditions. You will leverage your expertise in using state-of-the-art orthodontic techniques and technologies to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine orthodontic needs
• Design and implement customized orthodontic treatment plans that utilize a variety of appliances, including braces and aligners
• Monitor treatment progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure effectiveness and patient satisfaction
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, procedures, and oral health maintenance
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of orthodontics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice policies and regulatory guidelines
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for all patients and staff

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with advanced training in Orthodontics
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience specializing in orthodontics
• In-depth knowledge of orthodontic treatment methodologies and practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to problem-solve and think critically
• Proficiency in digital orthodontic technology and dental software applications
• Team player with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
