Specialist Pain Medicine

We Staffed is looking for a dedicated Specialist in Pain Medicine to join comprehensive pain management team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients who suffer from acute and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will be essential in developing individualized treatment plans that may include pharmacologic management, interventional procedures, and non-pharmacologic therapies. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care aimed at optimizing patient function and quality of life. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess pain conditions and medical history.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for managing pain using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Perform interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, spinal injections, and other minimally invasive techniques.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to enhance pain management strategies.
• Educate patients and their families about pain management options, therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in research initiatives and clinical trials aimed at advancing pain medicine practices.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in pain management and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialized training in Pain Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Board certification in Pain Medicine or relevant specialty required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pain management or anesthesiology preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing a range of pain conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Commitment to a patient-centered approach and ongoing professional development in pain medicine.
