SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a dedicated Specialist Pediatric Dentist to join a reputable private sector healthcare facility. This role involves providing expert dental care tailored to the unique needs of children from infancy through adolescence. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic dental services in a child-friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing the oral health needs of children.
• Deliver various pediatric dental treatments including restorative care, extractions, and preventive interventions such as sealants and fluoride applications.
• Employ behavior management techniques to ensure a positive and calming experience for young patients.
• Educate parents and children about proper oral hygiene, diet, and preventive dental care methods.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with current pediatric dental practices.

• Degree in Dentistry (DDS or DMD) with specialization in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant private healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated experience treating pediatric patients in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and their families.
• Proficiency in pediatric dental procedures and preventive care techniques.
