Responsibilities

• Perform complex surgical procedures on pediatric patients in accordance with best practices and JCI standards.
• Conduct thorough pre-surgical evaluations and formulate individualized surgical plans.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Provide excellent post-operative care and actively monitor patients for recovery and potential complications.
• Engage with families to explain procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and JCI accreditation requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current in pediatric surgery advancements.

• Medical degree from a recognized institution specializing in Pediatric Surgery.
• Board certification in Pediatric Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric surgical procedures in a JCI-accredited or similar high-quality facility.
• Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and pediatric surgical care.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with children and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing situations.
