Specialist Rheumatologist | UAE | Immediate Hiring

Talentspoc is seeking a highly qualified Specialist Rheumatologist for an immediate opening in the UAE.

The successful candidate will provide expert care for patients with a range of rheumatological and autoimmune conditions, delivering evidence-based and compassionate treatment in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and diagnose rheumatologic disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, spondyloarthritis, and other inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
• Manage long-term treatment plans and monitor therapeutic responses including immunosuppressive and biologic therapies.
• Interpret and utilize laboratory and imaging investigations relevant to rheumatology.
• Provide appropriate joint injections and other interventional procedures within competency.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedics, physiotherapy, immunology, and nephrology.
• Educate patients on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualifications in Rheumatology or a related specialty.

Minimum relevant clinical experience in Rheumatology.

Strong knowledge of autoimmune and inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions.

Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of rheumatic diseases.

Experience with immunosuppressive and biologic treatment protocols.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Valid license to practice medicine in the UAE is preferred.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Rheumatology.
• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical rheumatology practice.
• Strong knowledge of rheumatic diseases, diagnostics, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
