Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed patient assessments using clinical evaluations and imaging studies.
• Conduct advanced spinal surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, spinal fusions, and decompressions.
• Develop individualized treatment and post-operative care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, procedures, and recovery processes.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical research activities.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery from an accredited institution.
• Proven expertise in performing complex spine surgeries and managing spinal disorders.
• Strong proficiency in minimally invasive and traditional spine surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
