Specialist Tester - Issuer Service and IPO system upgrade UAT

JOB PURPOSE:

• Reports to the Lead with dotted line to Testing Discipline, dedicated and part of the Core Delivery Team
• Completes both System Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensures developed solution is conforming to the requirements and meeting the definition of done.
• Fits well with the systems and the solution is acceptable to the business teams
• Strong Technical background with key focus on automation

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Generic Accountability

• Adhering to the Automation transformation KPI that is governed by the Test CoE
• Responsible for ensuring that the data captured in the Test management tools are accurate and concise
• Dedicate 20% or the time to the Guild set up by the Testing CoE.
• Knowledge about IPO/ Securities /Crypto system sand related flows

JOB CONTEXT

• Seconded from Testing CoE & accountable Engineer Lead;
• Conducts SIT & UAT assessments of the developed features / functionalities
• Conformity of Developed solution and meeting the definition of done.
• Ensure that the adherence is 100% compliant to the testing framework
• Strong Technical background in Development and coding practices
• Time delivery is maintained for all testing deliverables
• GAP identification is Automation capability to be timeously highlighted, owned and driven with the Testing CoE

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in  related discipline.

Minimum Experience

• Has 2 years experience in Digital Transformation and Agile Ways of Working
• 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing - Manual and Automation
• Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge is must specific on Investment Banking
• Strong expertise in Selenium Webdriver, Core Java
• Good Understanding of testNG, HTML, CSS & Jss Knowledge of SVN/CVS, Xpath, xml, java script experience
• Good understanding of version control like SVN, GIT, Bitbucket
• Maintaining automation framework as per requirement
• Ability to learn new Testing Tool quickly
• Good communication skills and Arabic reading
• Strong Self-Management skills
• Exposure to working on Agile projects
• Exposure to HP ALM and Jira Tool
