Key responsibilities:

- Perform surgical procedures on patients with traumatic injuries, such as fractures, wounds, and internal injuries

- Diagnose and provide treatment plans for traumatic injuries

- Coordinate with other medical professionals, such as nurses, anesthesiologists, and radiologists, to ensure the best possible care for patients

- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative consultations with patients and their families

- Monitor and manage patients' progress during post-operative recovery

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in trauma surgery and participate in continuing education programs

- Mentoring and supervising junior medical staff and trainees

- Adhere to all medical and ethical standards and guidelines set by the facility and relevant regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

- Medical Degree from an accredited institution

- Completion of a recognized General Surgery residency program

- Board certification in General Surgery (Desirable)

- At least 5 years of experience in General Surgery, preferably with a focus on trauma surgery

- Knowledge of the latest medical equipment and techniques in trauma surgery

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Western education/training required.
