ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its comprehensive urology and men’s health services and is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Urologist to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment alongside urology specialists, nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, surgeons, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced diagnostic facilities and modern surgical and treatment infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions including urinary tract disorders, kidney stones, prostate conditions, male reproductive health issues, and urological infections.

• Perform outpatient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based medical and surgical management according to scope of practice.

• Evaluate and manage patients requiring urological procedures including endoscopic interventions, stone management, and other minimally invasive procedures where applicable.

• Manage common urological concerns including urinary symptoms, prostate disorders, bladder conditions, and follow-up care for chronic urological conditions.

• Collaborate with nephrology, oncology, radiology, surgery, and other specialties to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide patient counselling regarding treatment options, preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and post-treatment management.

• Maintain compliance with clinical documentation, infection prevention, patient safety standards, quality improvement initiatives, and international healthcare guidelines.
