Responsibilities

• Perform specialized surgical procedures for visceral conditions, including resections and organ transplants.
• Evaluate patients to determine appropriate surgical interventions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other specialists, such as gastroenterologists and oncologists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patients' recovery post-surgery and manage any complications that may arise.
• Educate patients and their families regarding surgical procedures, risks, and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and techniques in visceral surgery to continually improve patient outcomes.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Visceral Surgery.
• Board certification in Visceral Surgery.
• Current medical license to practice.
• Extensive experience performing complex visceral surgeries in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of abdominal anatomy and surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to high-pressure situations.
