Job Summary

SearchPlus HR is actively looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Specialist/Consultant in Acute Medicine to join our dedicated medical team. In this critical role, you will provide expert advice and treatment for patients dealing with acute medical conditions. Your work will involve close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and improve patient outcomes in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute medical needs.
• Provide timely and accurate diagnoses, utilizing appropriate medical tests and assessments.
• Deliver high-quality care in emergency and inpatient settings, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in the continuous assessment and improvement of clinical practices to enhance care delivery.
• Engage in patient education and provide resources to promote health and recovery.
• Contribute to research and academic activities within the department and medical community.

• MD or equivalent medical qualification with specialization in Acute Medicine or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience in a similar role.
• Board certification in Acute Medicine or emergency medicine is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
