As a Specialist/Consultant, you will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes by applying your expertise in anesthesia management for patients undergoing significant cardiac procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments and evaluations of patients scheduled for cardiac procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans tailored to each patient's medical history and surgical needs.
• Administer anesthesia during cardiac surgeries, ensuring optimal patient comfort and safety.
• Continuously monitor vital signs and anesthesia effectiveness throughout the surgical process.
• Provide immediate post-anesthesia care, addressing pain management and potential complications.
• Engage in collaboration with cardiac surgeons and nursing staff to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advances in cardiac anesthesia and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia.
• Thorough understanding of cardiac physiology and the specific needs of cardiac surgery patients.
• Proven ability to manage high-stress situations and deliver care with precision.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective collaboration.

Education:
