Specialist/Consultant Cardiac Surgery

As a Specialist/Consultant in Cardiac Surgery, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with complex heart conditions, performing surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive care throughout the surgical process. Your expertise will significantly contribute to the advancement of cardiac care and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients with cardiac issues through physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Develop tailored surgical and treatment plans for patients
• Perform complex cardiac surgical procedures, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repairs, and heart transplants
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care
• Conduct research and stay informed about the latest advancements in cardiac surgery
• Educate and mentor junior staff, residents, and medical students

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Cardiac Surgery
• Board certification in Cardiac Surgery and a valid medical license
• Proven experience in performing complex cardiac surgeries
• Strong clinical skills and comprehensive knowledge of cardiac care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
