As a Specialist/Consultant, you will be responsible for performing advanced surgical procedures, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing both pre-operative and post-operative care. You will work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with colorectal diseases
• Perform a range of surgical procedures including but not limited to colorectal resections, laparoscopic surgery, and anal surgeries
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, surgical procedures, and post-operative care
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for optimizing patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in colorectal surgery and partake in continuous professional development
• Adhere to ethical practices while ensuring patient safety and comfort

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and valid medical license to practice
• Completed residency training in Colon and Rectal Surgery
• Fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery is highly desirable
• Proven track record of performing a variety of colorectal surgical procedures
• In-depth knowledge of surgical techniques and standards of care
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interactions
• Team player with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional development
• Able to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).
