As a Specialist/Consultant, you will be responsible for performing advanced surgical procedures, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing both pre-operative and post-operative care. You will work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for each patient.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with colorectal diseases
Perform a range of surgical procedures including but not limited to colorectal resections, laparoscopic surgery, and anal surgeries
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Educate patients and their families on treatment options, surgical procedures, and post-operative care
Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for optimizing patient outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations
Stay informed about the latest advancements in colorectal surgery and partake in continuous professional development
Adhere to ethical practices while ensuring patient safety and comfort
Medical degree from an accredited institution and valid medical license to practice
Completed residency training in Colon and Rectal Surgery
Fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery is highly desirable
Proven track record of performing a variety of colorectal surgical procedures
In-depth knowledge of surgical techniques and standards of care
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interactions
Team player with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional development
Able to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).
Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
