SearchPlus HR is currently in search of a Specialist/Consultant in Acute Medicine to join our professional healthcare team. The successful candidate will possess substantial expertise in managing patients with acute medical conditions and will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care in a challenging environment. This position emphasizes the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute medical issues in both emergency and inpatient settings.
• Develop and execute effective treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as required by patient conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and care plans.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other specialists to deliver coordinated care.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of clinical services and quality assurance initiatives.
• Engage in educational mentorship for medical trainees and junior staff members.

• Medical degree and completion of residency in Acute Medicine or related specialty.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience in acute settings.
• Board certification in Acute Medicine or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle complex and urgent care situations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
