Specialist/Consultant Endodontist

SearchPlus HR is in search of a dedicated and skilled Specialist/Consultant Endodontist to join our esteemed dental practice. As an Endodontist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating conditions associated with the dental pulp and surrounding tissues. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and long-term oral health.

In this position, you will perform complex endodontic procedures, including root canals, endodontic surgeries, and retreatments while utilizing the latest dental technologies. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose endodontic conditions through comprehensive examinations and diagnostic imaging.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnostics and preferences.
• Perform root canal treatments, surgeries, and other endodontic procedures effectively and efficiently.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as digital radiography and operating microscopes to enhance treatment quality.
• Communicate treatment options and procedures clearly to patients and assist them in understanding their choices.
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in endodontics and continuously improve clinical skills.
• Ensure the practice maintains high ethical standards and patient satisfaction levels.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialized training in Endodontics.
• Current state dental license and board certification in Endodontics.
• Demonstrable experience in performing endodontic procedures and surgeries.
• Strong knowledge of modern endodontic techniques and technologies.
• Exceptional diagnostic and clinical skills for effective treatment planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
