Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients requiring blood transfusions, determining appropriate clinical interventions
• Manage and supervise the transfusion process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients and their families about the transfusion process, risks, and post-transfusion care
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with transfusion standards
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in transfusion medicine and general practice
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as per healthcare regulations
• Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities

• Medical degree with current licensure to practice as a General Practitioner
• Specialization or fellowship in Transfusion Medicine preferred
• Proven experience in transfusion medicine and patient care
• Strong understanding of blood transfusion practices, safety protocols, and guidelines
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and patient safety
• Commitment to continuous education and staying updated on medical advancements
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).
