SearchPlus HR is seeking a skilled and compassionate Specialist/Consultant Hematologist to join our dynamic medical team. In this critical role, you will focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing various blood disorders, including anemias, leukemias, lymphomas, and coagulation disorders.
As a Specialist/Consultant Hematologist, you will be entrusted with performing detailed assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving patient outcomes and ensuring high-quality care for individuals with hematological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical exams specific to hematologic disorders.
Order and analyze diagnostic tests such as complete blood counts, bone marrow biopsies, and coagulation studies.
Diagnose and manage a variety of hematological conditions, utilizing a range of treatment modalities.
Administer treatments which may include chemotherapy, blood product transfusions, and targeted therapies.
Educate patients and their families about hematologic conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Participate in clinical research and stay updated on the latest advancements in hematology.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Engage in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
Medical degree with an active license to practice as a Hematologist.
Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship in Hematology.
Board certification or eligibility in Hematology is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in the diagnosis and management of blood disorders.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to think critically in complex patient scenarios.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with patients and families.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and participating in continuous professional development.
Willingness to contribute to research initiatives and stay abreast of new developments in hematology.
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
