Specialist/consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia

As a Specialist/Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesiology at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for providing specialized anesthesia services for cardiac surgeries and procedures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating patients' medical history and conducting pre-operative assessments
• Developing customized anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Administering anesthesia during cardiac surgeries, including open-heart surgeries, heart transplants, and valve replacements
• Monitoring patients' vital signs, oxygenation levels, and responses to anesthesia during procedures
• Managing post-anesthesia recovery and providing pain management strategies specific to cardiac patients
• Collaborating with the healthcare team, including cardiac surgeons, to ensure optimal patient care
• Staying updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of cardiac anesthesiology through continuing education and professional development

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist/Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesiology
• Proven experience and expertise in administering anesthesia for cardiac surgeries and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and anesthesia protocols specific to cardiac patients
• Experience monitoring and managing patients' vital signs and responses during cardiac procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment
