Specialist/Consultant Maternal and Fetal Medicine

SearchPlus HR is on the lookout for a passionate and highly skilled Specialist/Consultant in Maternal and Fetal Medicine to join our esteemed medical team. In this role, you will provide expert care to pregnant women with high-risk pregnancies, focusing on the health and well-being of both mother and fetus.

Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed assessments and ultrasounds, diagnosing potential complications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to devise comprehensive management plans for patients. You will play a crucial role in counseling and supporting families during challenging times in their pregnancy journey.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests for pregnant patients, including ultrasounds and fetal monitoring
• Identify and manage high-risk conditions affecting pregnancy
• Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
• Provide prenatal counseling and education to expecting mothers and families regarding potential risks and interventions
• Conduct invasive procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling when necessary
• Monitor and manage the progress of high-risk pregnancies
• Participate in research and clinical trials related to maternal and fetal health
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records for all patient encounters
• Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in maternal and fetal medicine
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all patient care procedures

• Medical degree and a valid license to practice medicine
• Completion of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Fellowship training in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
• Demonstrated expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies
• Strong clinical skills with experience in ultrasound and fetal diagnostics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and family interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Commitment to continuous education and professional development
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
