As a Specialist/Consultant Neurosurgeon at SearchPlus HR, you will utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat patients with complex neurological conditions requiring surgical intervention. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients, reviewing medical histories and diagnostic imaging.
• Perform intricate neurosurgical procedures to treat conditions such as brain tumors, spinal dysfunctions, and vascular anomalies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide comprehensive post-operative care and manage any complications that arise during recovery.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in neurosurgery to enhance clinical practices and patient care.
• Ensure all surgical practices adhere to medical and ethical guidelines and standards.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license in neurosurgery.
• Completion of a residency program in Neurosurgery.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical neurosurgery.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of neurosurgical procedures.
• Strong understanding of neuroanatomy and surgical protocols.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing patient conditions and treatment outcomes.
