Specialist/consultant Pediatric ER-Government Facility

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated pediatrician to join our team, providing urgent and specialized care to children facing medical emergencies in a community-oriented public health setting.

In this role, you will be essential in delivering rapid and effective care to pediatric patients. You will work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals, maintaining a strong focus on quality care and patient advocacy within the government healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rapid evaluations and provide critical interventions for children experiencing acute medical or traumatic conditions
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric emergencies, stabilizing patients as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and continuity
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare staff about treatment plans and procedures
• Document patient assessments and treatment processes accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Participate in community outreach and preventive health initiatives as part of the government facility's mission
• Engage in ongoing education, mentorship, and training for medical staff and interns

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) specializing in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
• Board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine is preferred
• Minimum of [X years] experience in pediatric emergency care, especially in a government or public health setting
