Specialist/Consultant Pediatric ER-Private Healthcare Sector

We are currently in search of a Specialist/Consultant Pediatric ER physician to join the private healthcare sector. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency care to children in critical and urgent situations.

As a Specialist/Consultant Pediatric ER physician, your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating and treating pediatric patients who present with various acute health issues. You will work in a collaborative environment, providing support and care in a fast-paced emergency room setting, while ensuring the well-being of your young patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage pediatric patients presenting with medical emergencies in the emergency department.
• Provide immediate care for a variety of conditions, including trauma, infections, and respiratory issues.
• Order, interpret, and act upon laboratory tests and imaging studies efficiently to inform treatment decisions.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate and communicate effectively with patients' families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist/Consultant Pediatric ER physician.
• Completion of a residency in Pediatrics, with additional training or fellowship in emergency medicine preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing pediatric emergencies and providing acute care in an ER setting.
• Thorough knowledge of pediatric emergency protocols, treatment guidelines, and best practices.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make rapid decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and healthcare providers.
• Capability to work seamlessly as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and ensuring safety.
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced workload efficiently.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
