Specialist/Consultant Periodontist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist/Consultant Periodontist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will focus on diagnosing, preventing, and treating periodontal diseases, as well as placing dental implants and conducting other surgical procedures aimed at improving gum and bone health.

As a Consultant Periodontist, you will work closely with other dental professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to your patients' care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of periodontal conditions in patients.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans for managing periodontal disease.
• Perform surgical procedures, including scaling, root planing, gingival grafting, and dental implant placement.
• Utilize advanced techniques and technologies to enhance treatment outcomes and patient comfort.
• Educate patients about periodontal health, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide integrated dental care.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Stay updated on developments in periodontology through continuous education and training.
• Demonstrate the highest standards of professional ethics and patient advocacy.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Periodontics.
• Valid dental license and board certification in Periodontology.
• Extensive clinical experience in periodontics and dental implant surgery.
• In-depth knowledge of periodontal diseases, treatment modalities, and preventive care.
• Proficiency in the use of modern dental technology for diagnosis and treatment.
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
