Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose periodontal diseases through detailed examinations and patient history reviews.
• Create and execute customized treatment plans for the management of periodontal conditions.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapies, including scaling, root planing, and soft tissue grafting.
• Implement dental implant procedures, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.
• Provide education and resources to patients for better understanding their periodontal health and treatment options.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists for integrated patient care.
• Track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Document treatment procedures and maintain detailed patient records in accordance with regulations.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in periodontology through ongoing education and training.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to ethical practices and patient-centered care.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with an advanced specialization in Periodontics.
• Current dental license and board certification in Periodontology.
• Significant experience in clinical periodontics, including advanced surgical skills.
• Expertise in the diagnosis and management of periodontal diseases and conditions.
• Familiarity with contemporary periodontal technologies and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to handle a diverse patient caseload and adapt to various clinical situations.
