Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgeon

SearchPlus HR is searching for a qualified and experienced Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our dedicated medical team. As a Plastic Surgeon, your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, performing a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, offering non-surgical treatments, and providing comprehensive post-operative care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives personalized and effective treatment tailored to their unique needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed consultations to assess patients' needs, concerns, and aesthetic goals.
• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures including but not limited to breast reconstruction, facelifts, and body contouring.
• Execute reconstructive surgeries for trauma and congenital defects.
• Provide non-surgical interventions such as fillers, laser treatments, and skin resurfacing.
• Craft and implement individualized pre-operative and post-operative care plans.
• Monitor patients' recovery processes and address any arising complications.
• Educate patients about procedures, potential risks, and recovery expectations.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and technologies in plastic surgery.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions.

• Doctorate in Medicine with specialization or fellowship in Plastic Surgery.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
• Current and valid medical license to practice surgery.
• Extensive experience in performing both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeries.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and patient care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple patient cases effectively.
• Commitment to providing safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
• Engagement in continuous education and professional development within the field.
• Aptitude for working in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 25K TO AED 90K (GP, Specialist, Consultant).
