Specialist/Consultant Pulmonologist

SearchPlus HR is actively recruiting for a Specialist/Consultant Pulmonologist to join our esteemed network of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will play an essential part in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with various respiratory conditions within a collaborative healthcare environment.

As a Specialist/Consultant Pulmonologist, you will utilize your medical expertise to perform detailed evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Your contributions will directly impact patient health and recovery, and you'll have the opportunity to work alongside other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments through history taking and physical examinations.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as spirometry and imaging studies.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of pulmonary diseases, including asthma, COPD, and sleep apnea.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and follow-up care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current on best practices in pulmonology.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Pulmonology and valid medical license.
• Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating pulmonary conditions.
• Strong knowledge of pulmonary function testing and relevant diagnostic imaging.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to patient care.
• Board certification in Pulmonology is preferred.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with compassion and professionalism.
• Experience in clinical research or teaching is a plus.
