Specialist/Consultant Restorative Dentist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled Specialist/Consultant Restorative Dentist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional restorative dental services, improving patient outcomes through advanced techniques and personalized care. You will work with a diverse patient base to diagnose dental conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform various restorative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assess patients' restorative needs.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans encompassing a variety of restorative procedures.
• Perform dental procedures including crowns, bridges, implants, and general restorations.
• Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral hygiene and the value of preventative care.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient treatment.
• Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately in compliance with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental institution.
• Specialization or significant experience in restorative dentistry.
• Active dental license appropriate for your practice area.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in restorative dental practices.
• Excellent diagnostic abilities and a strong commitment to patient care.
• Superior communication skills and a passion for educating patients.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
