Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients, including reviewing medical histories and diagnostic imaging to formulate treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive surgical interventions on the spine, utilizing both traditional and minimally invasive techniques.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure recovery and rehabilitation processes align with best practices.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care and team effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, expected outcomes, and post-operative care requirements.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, procedures performed, and follow-up care instructions.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in spine surgery and implement new techniques as appropriate.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active and unrestricted medical license.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurological Surgery with a specialization in spine surgery.
• Extensive experience in performing a range of spinal surgeries and managing complex spine conditions.
• In-depth knowledge of spinal anatomy, surgical techniques, and rehabilitation practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey information to patients and collaborate with other medical professionals.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate leadership in a clinical setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on patient-centered care and effective decision-making.
