Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit.
• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and clinical status regularly.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families regarding their child’s care and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on pediatric care best practices.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Specialization or experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Nursing.
• Additional certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or similar are preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage critically ill pediatric patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
