Specification Consultant - Dubai, UAE

• Secure the Geberit product specification in the early specification phase of the projects (design and concept stages).
• Meeting interior designers, architects, client and developers.
• Achieving Specs targets by getting specification done for Geberit entire sanitary range with the required project documentation.
• Supporting and training the specifiers and the customers in the region on all issues during the specification process.
• Identifying the new designers and architects in UAE who are involved in sanitary design.
• 3-4 visits a day to the customers in the whole UAE and coordinating with designers overseas via email and phone.
• Close relationship with the existing customers and regular coordination with key customers.
• Preparing and providing regular presentation to the designers and architects.
• Inviting key customers for seminars, dinners and other company marketing events.
• Reporting all the visits in CRM database along with all relevant data for the companies responsible for.
• Reporting to Head of Specification - Gulf Region based in Dubai.
• Getting competition knowledge and their activities in the market.

MISSION OF FUNCTION

Specification Consultant will be responsible for establishing a close relationship with Interior Designers, Architects, Clients, Developers to get the specification done for the company and its entire sanitary range of products at the design stage and have to be involved till the execution of the project along with Sales team. He/she will be responsible for UAE market and the other gulf markets. He/she will coordinate with Sales team on daily basis and will help them to secure the specifications at all stages of the project life cycle.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

• Sanitary experience of minimum 3 years
• Having previous contacts with designers and architects in UAE
• Previous specification experience of at least 2-3 years in same or similar area
