Sr. MEP Engineer

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the execution of high-rise residential towers (30+ floors) and possess strong technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems. The role requires close coordination with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

• Manage and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) activities from execution through testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Monitor site execution to ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
• Review and monitor MEP shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Lead testing, commissioning, inspection, and successful handover of all MEP systems.
• Liaise with government authorities including DEWA, DCD, DIEZ, and other regulatory bodies to obtain approvals and ensure statutory compliance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project timelines.
• Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, snag lists, and handover documentation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Degree must be MOFA Attested.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MEP execution within the UAE.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential towers (30+ floors).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and Electrical systems.
• Experience in testing & commissioning of residential developments.
• Hands-on experience dealing with DEWA, DCD, DIEZ, and other government authorities.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction standards and local authority regulations.
