Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Sr. Planner â Civil for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans for project execution.
- Review project drawings, technical documents, and construction schedules.
- Conduct resource planning, productivity analysis, and project forecasting.
- Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and company standards.
- Maintain planning records, documentation, and project tracking systems.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and project coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
