 As a Technical Presales, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• • Gather and analyze customer requirements and infrastructure challenges
  • Design end-to-end solutions (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, AI/ML)
  • Develop solution architectures, proposals, sizing, and BOMs
  • Present solutions and articulate business value to stakeholders
  • Lead workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements
  • Collaborate with vendors to build integrated solutions
  • Provide guidance on AI/ML infrastructure (GPU sizing, data platforms, HPC)
  • Support presales lifecycle from qualification to deployment planning
  • Deliver technical enablement and training sessions
  • Stay updated on trends in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise tech

  Required Skills & Experience

  • 5:7 years in presales, solution architecture, or infrastructure consulting
  • Strong knowledge of servers, storage, and networking (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro)
  • Expertise in SAN, NAS, object storage, and data protection
  • Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of AI/ML, GPU computing, and HPC environments
  • Ability to design, size, and present technical solutions and BOMs
