Sr. Project Manager (Al Ghail Industrial Zone)

We have an urgent requirement for Sr. Project Manager (Al Ghail Industrial Zone)  for our client based Al Ghail Industrial Zone, Ras -Al- Khaimah.

Lead and manage a portfolio of infrastructure, warehouse, accommodation, and STP projects in Al Ghail Industrial Zone.--MustDevelop execution plans, oversee schedules/budgets, and ensure delivery within scope, cost, and time.--MustCoordinate with consultants, contractors, PMC teams, and utility authorities for approvals and services.--MustEnsure HSE/quality compliance, monitor risks, and present accurate portfolio-level reports to senior leadership--MustStrong knowledge of PMP/PMBOK methodologies.--Must
Job Role 

The Sr. Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and building projects within Al Ghail Industrial Zone, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and compliance with quality standards. The role reports directly to the Sr. Director and is accountable for managing the entire projects portfolio.

Scope of Work

• Portfolio Management: Lead and oversee infrastructure, warehouse, labour/staff accommodation, and STP projects.


• Execution Planning: Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies in coordination with Planning & Contracts teams.


• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage consultants, contractors, PMC teams, and liaise with utility authorities (UTICO, EWE, RAK Gas, RAK Civil Defence, RAK Municipality).


• Cost & Progress Control: Track cash flow, monitor progress against baselines, and report to senior management.


• Issue Resolution: Chair progress meetings, resolve technical and contractual challenges, and approve variations/claims within authority.


• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.


• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to HSE, quality standards, and project management procedures.


• Reporting: Deliver accurate portfolio-level progress, cost, and risk reports to leadership.


• Procurement: Drive contract awards in coordination with Contracts & Commercial teams.


• Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects support  master plan and strategic objectives.

Key Deliverables

• Approved project execution plans and schedules.


• Monthly portfolio-level reports (progress, cost, risk).


• Stakeholder approvals and compliance certifications.


• Resolution of site and contractual issues.


• Successful delivery of projects within scope, cost, and time.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.


• 15–17 years of experience in construction/infrastructure project management, including senior leadership roles.


• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).


• Strong knowledge of PMP/PMBOK methodologies.


• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, technical oversight, and presentation skills.


• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
