Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Sr. Project Manager â Civil for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, site operations, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of large-scale civil construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall project execution for high-rise building projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
- Manage project resources, manpower planning, and site operations effectively.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
- Oversee procurement coordination, technical submissions, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budget and quality standards.
- Support team development, leadership, and performance management across project teams.
Requirements
Bachelorâs Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, construction management, and site operations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, quality, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet strict deadlines effectively.
