• The Senior Sales Engineerwill be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be responsible forachieving his individual sales targets, maintaining profit margins targetsand KPI's.
• Able to strengthen andimprove Al Arabia EMS market share and market coverage in the assignedmarket.
• Monitor and Control Budgetto ensure Department’s KPI s and objectives are met to get the suitableprofit
• Able to review tender, checkfor any deviations, analyse, prepare compliance statements and selectsuitable product from the manufacturer's product range to meet thecustomer requirement
• Preparingestimations and sending quotations to the customers, follow up for thequotations sent, attend technical/commercial meeting with clients,negotiate and finalize the order with the clients.
• Submittechnical submittal, shop drawings for consultant approval, follow up forapproval, advance payment, and attend site meetings.
• Maintaincordial and friendly relationship with clients/ consultants/ contractors.
• Coordinatewith factory for Commercial/technical issues related to sales activities.
• Orderplacing to factory after receiving approvals to drawings, technicalsubmittal and finishes, reviewing the subcontract terms (contractual &financial), receiving advance from the client. Follow up with factory formaterial shipment.
• Coordinatewith other departments for any support functions required for normal salesactivities.
• Increasingcustomer base, generating new customers and maintaining a very healthyrelationship with existing customers. Get regular feedbacks from customersregarding our product and services.
• Coordinatewith local suppliers if required for sales related activities.
• Findnew suppliers for products that are not available or not competitive.
• Transferthe file to Installation Department with all the necessary requirements asper adopted procedures.
• Continueto support Installation Department while project is ongoing according totheir need and maintain relationship with client for securing futureprojects
• Continue to develop the knowledge of applicableinternational standards and local regulations relative to the domain of work
  

Requirements

· Professional - Confidential and discrete - Organized - Punctual - GoodVerbal and writtencommunicator - Ableand willing for continuous improvement - Accurate and attentive to detail -Calm, confident, and positive - Good networking skills.

· Advanced user for Windows OperatingSystem - Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Candidates with working knowledge onAutoCAD are preferred.

· Fluent English and excellent grammarand correspondence skills

· Arabic language speaking is a plus

· Ideal Candidate for this positionshould hold a Bachelor degree.

· Candidates for this position shouldhave great coordination and communication skills.

· Candidate should possess UAE drivingand own car. Will be compensated with vehicle allowance.
