Job Description - Sr. Sales Engineer (MEP)

looking for experienced candidates for the position of MEP Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer (Air Conditioning) for our operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Kindly share suitable profiles matching the below requirements:

Position: MEP Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer (Air Conditioning)

Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE

No. of Vacancies: 2

Mandatory Requirements:
â¢ Minimum 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC/AC Project Sales.

â¢ Strong hands-on experience in selling Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems.

â¢ Proven experience in project sales, business development, and client acquisition.

â¢ Experience working with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.

â¢ Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred.

â¢ Experience with reputed HVAC/AC brands will be highly preferred.

â¢ Knowledge of UAE market, project sales cycle, and tendering process.

â¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

â¢ Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC Systems, and related MEP solutions.

â¢ Identify and develop new business opportunities.

â¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.

â¢ Manage project sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.

â¢ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

â¢ Monitor market trends and upcoming project opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field preferred.

Experience in Project sales of AC equipmentâs in the UAE.

Familiarity with UAE codes and standards for AC Equipmentâs / MEP installations.

Knowledge of project cost estimation and tendering processes.
