As a Senior Technician, you would be responsible for organizing the lab, managing the flavors compounding workflow, and leading the team of technicians. Follow formula instructions for compounding. Prepare application samples for Flavors Creation, Sweet Goods, and the Beverage Market. Oversee the completion of all documentation for prepared samples and ensure proper distribution. Ensure the availability of all raw materials needed for sample preparation. Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices.
