Job PurposeThe Staff Nurse is accountable for thecoordination of nursing care, including direct patient care,patient/family education and transitions of care. The Staff Nursesupports professional nursing practice across the continuum of careto meet the needs of the patient and family. The Staff Nurse willunderstand, support and promote the mission, vision and values ofSSMC; provides age-appropriate patient care according to theNursing Scope of Practice as defined by the regulatory body. TheStaff Nurse will adhere to and promote the Professional Nurses Codeof Conduct for Abu Dhabi and UAE.Experience :-Required:a. NLT 2years clinical experience post qualification in appropriatesetting(Note: Experience requirement waived for graduates of UAEnursing colleges/universities after completion ofinternship)
