Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, public relations, or a related field. - Experience in the energy sector or with demand side management programs is preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Knowledge of stakeholder engagement best practices and strategies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. - Fluency in English, both written and spoken. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as needed.
