JobResponsibilities:

Finish Carpenter:

• Ensure proper insulation,waterproofing, and sealing Install variety of metal and woodexterior siding
• Install variety of metal andwood exterior siding
• Install doors and windows,siding, sill pans, casement, as well as interior entry doors inmodular residential homes
  

Drywall Installer:

• Install and finish drywall on modularresidential homes
• Utilize hand tools, powertools, and pneumatic tools such as hammers, drills, wire cutters,multimeter, voltage tester
• Measure, cut, andinstall drywall sheets
• Apply joint compound toseams and joints between drywall sheets to create seamlesssurfaces
• Sand surfaces to achieve a smooth,even finish, remove any bumps or roughspots
• Repair damaged drywall sections includingholes, dents, and cracks
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years in drywallinstallation and drywall finishing
• Must have 2years in Finish Carpentry and Carpentry
• Must becomfortable with overtime
