Startup Mentor (Part-time/Contract)

We create and manage global accelerator programs in startup hubs worldwide and are now expanding to new markets.

Role Overview:

We call our startup mentors 'Growth Navigators.' Growth Navigators play a vital role in guiding startups by providing expertise and support through various types of engagements, such as workshops, one-on-one, and group coaching sessions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in your field of expertise (Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, etc.).
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and challenges.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to commit to flexible mentoring hours based on demand.
• Willingness to travel to selected hubs for onsite mentoring (if applicable).

Compensation:

• Hourly compensation based on expertise, experience, and program type.
• Detailed terms and compensation structure will be outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
