Stay cable supervisor

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Stay Cable Supervisor to join our Specialized Structures team. You will oversee the installation, control, and maintenance of stay cable systems on major infrastructure projects (bridges, towers, high-rise buildings).

Your mission:

• Supervise complete stay cable installation according to technical specifications
• Ensure quality and compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate installation teams and verify safety procedures
• Perform tension and alignment checks
• Manage technical documentation and reports
• Work closely with project managers and other trades
• Monitor schedule and budget

About you:

• 5-7+ years of experience in civil engineering or stay cable systems
• Strong expertise in cable installation and control
• Proven team leadership skills
• H&S certifications required (CACES, working at heights)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Comfortable working at heights in all weather conditions
