Your Role in Our Success

• Operate dishwashing equipment in accordance with established procedures
• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, equipment, and food production areas
• Ensure clean wares are delivered to kitchen stations as required for service
• Maintain the cleanliness of all back-of-house Food & Beverage areas
• Follow daily cleaning schedules for floors, walls, ceilings, shelves, and equipment
• Support food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with additional operational tasks as required by the team

The Ideal Candidate

• High School education or equivalent qualification
• Vocational Diploma or Certificate preferred
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and Food Hygiene standards
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment
• Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Dependable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards
