As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all kitchen and dining areas are spotless, organized, and fully equipped, contributing to the seamless operation of the resort’s world-class facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, dishwashing, and dining areas to five-star standards.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff as required to support smooth operations.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and follow health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to uphold high standards of service and presentation.

• Previous experience as a Steward or in kitchen support in luxury hotels or resorts is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
