• Ensure Back Store service levels are in line with company policies.


• Maintain operational standards in compliance with store audits.


• Communication and coordination with the Team Leader and Sales Associates.


• Stock level awareness and adherence to department operational parameters.


• Load- unload, stock arrangement and delivering of stocks.


• Helping/ assisting customers and other store staff.

Carpenter

The key objective of the carpenter is to assemble the furniture appropriately as per manual instructions, making it presentable for showroom display.

Key Performance Areas:

• Properly fixing furniture products.


• Helping customers and other store staff in furniture assembly.


• Load- unload, stock arrangement and delivering of stocks.
