Job Summary

The UAE National Supervisor oversees the daily operations of assigned staff and ensures that institutional policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned staff.

• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and support.

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

• Prepare work schedules and assign duties.

• Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.

• Conduct staff orientation and on-the-job training when required.

• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a safe working environment.

• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
