We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic female Studio Manager / Reformer Pilates Instructorto join a stylish, high-end boutique pilates studiointhe beautiful and vibrant Dubai Marina! This is a unique opportunity to be the key player at an ambitious and growing boutique pilates studio with multiple locations.
The package:
- tax-freebasic monthly salary 15,000-18,500 AED (approximately US$ 4000-5000)
- 40% commission on private and semi-private reformer pilates classes, after the first 100 monthly group classes
- 50 AED bonus for every fully-booked class

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Reformer Pilates Certified
- Mat / barre certifications would be advantageous but not required
- Minimum 5 years experience in reformer pilates instructingand management
-Fluent in English & excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and lead safe and effective Pilates workouts for all levels
- Experience working with clients with injuries or chronic conditions, pre and post-natal
- Energetic and positive personality, ability to create a vibrant class atmosphere
- Leadership skills
Duties &Responsibilities:
• Establish clear policies and procedures
• Design and sustain a positive working environment.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships
• Anticipate, identify, and solve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain physical fitness while expanding knowledge of exercises and routines
• Manage scheduling via the studio management tools (ie.MindBody, GloFox etc)
• Design studio classes and schedule
• Advertise and market studio via social media and provide content for studio's social channels
• To deal with client complaints fairly and keep a concise record of it.
• Implement superb customer service standards.
• Drive sales and membership while retaining a solid clientele
• Compliance with municipality health and safety regulations
Managing Staff:
• Manage and supervise staff, including attendance, absenteeism, sickness, and replacements.
• To deal with all team issues promptly, efficiently and to inform senior management of any major issues if necessary.
• To hold regular team meetings, including departmental and management.
• To carry out appraisals and reviews in accordance with the company procedure.
• Ensure employees abide by all policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Supervise employees’ shifts considering peak times and seasonality.
• Management of employees training and development.
Social Media Responsibilities:
• Arrange promotional activities to increase footsteps in studio
• Brainstorm and research trending content and seasonal activities
• Manage filming and providing content to social media manager
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
• To ensure that all health and safety procedures are maintained and any new regulations by the municipality are implemented immediately.
• To ensure all team are aware of the emergency procedures and what to do in case of injury
• To regularly check that all tools and equipment are functional and safe
