Right now, we’re expanding our impact and looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Leadership Development to join our high-performing team. You will partner with organisations on large, complex transformation programmes, enabling leaders at every level to elevate culture, safety, and performance. As part of client-engagement teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering leadership development and coaching initiatives. You’ll save lives, shape culture, and strengthen operational performance by equipping leaders with the mindset and behaviours needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with executive leadership and site management to design and implement strategic and cultural change initiatives and programs that drive sustained performance improvement.

• Designing and delivering leadership initiatives for operational leaders, supervisors, and safety-critical roles across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Power & Utilities, Chemicals and other heavy industries.

• Providing individual and group coaching (including executive coaching) to managers at all levels – from frontline supervisors to senior executives.

• Facilitating workshops and group learning sessions to strengthen leadership behaviours, management routines, and safety integration into operations and projects.

• Supporting 2–3 projects at a time, aligning leadership development with broader operational goals.

• Ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes for all client engagements.

Who are you today?

You are a seasoned leader who has held senior operational roles in industry and successfully transitioned into executive coaching – or integrated coaching as a significant part of your leadership remit. You understand the challenges of managing operations and people in high-risk, performance-driven environments and bring credibility from “having been there.”

Your experience and expertise include:

• Senior operational leadership experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, or other heavy industries.

• Significant exposure to executive and leadership coaching, either as a certified coach (ICF or equivalent) or through substantial coaching responsibilities in previous leadership roles.

• Proven ability to engage and develop leaders at all levels, enhancing safety, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.

• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, leadership programmes, and group interventions.

• Analytical and consulting skills, able to see the big picture and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Structured, organised, and comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
